Terms
How working with us works.
The short version: you know the price before we start, you get the rounds of changes your package lists, and once you’ve paid, the finished files are yours.

Who these apply to
These terms cover anything you send us or order from Good Direction (“we”, “us”) through this website, by email or by invoice, including the free flyer fix. By sending us a flyer or placing an order, you agree to them. If something in a written quote we send you is different, the quote wins for that job.
The free flyer fix
- One free fix per business, with one round of changes.
- We fix what we can see: spelling, dates, layout, type and sizes. We don’t add facts you didn’t give us, so please check every detail before you print or post it.
- We can turn down any flyer, for example if it’s misleading, hateful, illegal, or uses someone else’s work without permission.
- There’s no charge and nothing to cancel. The fixed flyer is yours to use.
What’s included
Each package lists exactly what you get. Anything not listed, like extra sizes, new footage, a voiceover or a new direction, is extra. We’ll always tell you the price and get your OK before doing extra work.
Rounds of changes
- Each package says how many rounds of changes it includes. If it doesn’t say, it’s two.
- A round is one list of changes, sent together. Send everything in one message and it counts once.
- Extra rounds are subject to an overage fee. We’ll tell you what it is before we start one.
- Fixing our own mistakes never counts as a round.
- Once you approve something, changing the idea, script or layout is new work, and we’ll quote it first.
Timing
Turnaround times start once we have everything we need: your answers, your files and, for paid work, your payment. If we’re waiting on you for more than 30 days, we’ll treat the job as paused, and restarting it may move it to the back of the line.
Payment
- One-time packages are paid in full before we start.
- Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month and renew until you cancel. You can cancel any time; it takes effect at the end of the month you’ve paid for. Work you don’t use in a month doesn’t roll over.
- Quoted work (websites, branding, larger jobs) is paid as your quote says, usually half to start and the rest before final files.
- Ad budgets are paid by you straight to Meta, never to us. Our fee covers running the ads, not the ad spend.
- Payments go through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Refunds
- If we haven’t started, you get a full refund.
- Once we’ve sent you the first draft of something, that piece isn’t refundable, but you still get your rounds of changes.
- If we can’t deliver something we agreed to, we refund that part.
- Monthly plans aren’t refunded for part of a month.
What you send us
By sending us logos, photos, video, music, text or anything else, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and that the offers and claims in it are true. You’re responsible for checking the final facts (dates, prices, addresses, phone numbers, legal fine print) before anything is printed, posted or run as an ad.
Who owns what
- Once you’ve paid in full, the finished files we deliver are yours to use for your business, anywhere, as long as you like.
- We keep ownership of our working files, templates, project files and the tools we use to make things. Ask if you want project files; sometimes we can include them for a fee.
- Fonts, music, stock footage and other licensed pieces stay under their own licenses. We only use ones that allow your use.
- We may use AI tools to help make your work. A person directs and checks everything we deliver.
Showing our work
We only show your flyer, video or posts on our website or social media with your permission.
Ads and results
We do our best to make your ads work, but we can’t guarantee clicks, customers or sales. Meta decides whether ads are approved, how they’re delivered and what they cost; those rules are between you and Meta. You can remove our access to your accounts at any time.
If something goes wrong
We’re careful, but mistakes happen. If one is ours, we’ll fix it. Our total responsibility for any job is limited to what you paid us for that job. We’re not responsible for lost profits or other indirect losses, or for problems caused by printers, platforms or other services outside our control.
Ending a project
Either of us can end a project by email. If it ends partway, you pay for the work done up to that point, and we hand over whatever is finished.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Work already ordered stays under the terms you agreed to.
