What we keep, and why.
We collect what you give us so we can do the work and reply to you. We don’t sell it, and we don’t put you on a mailing list without asking.

What we collect
- What you type and upload: your name, business, email or phone, your notes and answers, and the files you send (flyers, logos, photos).
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We see your name, email, what you bought and whether it went through. We never see your full card number.
- Basic technical logs: our host, Cloudflare, keeps short-lived logs (like IP address and browser) to keep the site running and stop abuse.
What we use it for
- Doing the work you asked for and sending it back to you.
- Replying to you, sending quotes, receipts and invoices.
- Keeping records we need for taxes and accounting.
We only show your work publicly with your permission (see our Terms).
Who else handles it
A few services help us run the business, and each keeps your information under its own privacy policy:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and receives uploads.
- Google (Drive and Gmail) stores our working files and email. Fonts on this site load from Google Fonts.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Meta, only if you hire us to run your ads, through your own ad account.
We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn’t use advertising cookies or trackers right now. If we add one later, for example to measure our own ads, we’ll say so here first.
How long we keep it
We keep project files and messages for as long as we’re working together and for about a year after, so we can help if you need a change or a copy. Payment records are kept as long as tax rules require. Free-fix uploads we don’t hear back about are deleted after about a year.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we have, fix it or delete it. Email hello@gooddirectionstudio.com and we’ll take care of it, usually within a few days. We may need to keep payment records the law requires us to keep.
Kids
This site is for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
